THE STORY BEHIND THE BRAND

Funky Simplicity believes all human beings should have a good quality of life, a fair pay, and good working conditions; that is why Dutch owner Sanne created a fair-trade company with all production done in Bali, Indonesia supporting the local community and working only with small family-based factories. 

The materials are cut and sewed with precision by one family living in a house that Sanne built for them. Attached to the house is a spacious workshop where they can create the collections comfortably and in their own timing. So, no child labor or any kind of sweatshop conditions!

Funky Simplicity offers the best quality cotton elastane and gets everything hand-printed, using silk screens, by Balinese printers.
